IOP

IOP

Rehabilitation Done Right.

With the Intensive Outpatient Program, we focus on SUD, trauma, co-occurring PTSD, Bipolar disorder, depression, and SMI for ages 6 and up.

The level of care is determined over a phone intake and in-person assessment with one of our clinicians. We typically work with members for 6-12 months and members are assessed every 90 days by clinical directors to determine if the IOP program is still the appropriate level of care. Our evidence-based practices include CBT, DBT, music therapy, art therapy, resume building, exercise regimens, and holistic treatments such as yoga, meditation, hiking and healthy foods.

Our service includes:

  • Case Management
